It was a scary incident on Sunday after news broke of Washington Commanders’ rookie running back, Brian Robinson, being involved in a carjacking. However, he luckily didn’t suffer any serious injuries and overall survived the shooting. Now, the prospect has miraculously made a return to facilities and looks like he’s in great shape!

Brian Robinson Is Just Happy To Be Back In The Commanders’ Facilities

Washington’s Twitter account shared several photos and a quick video of Brian Robinson’s return. Everyone was happy to see the young running back as he dapped up everyone that came to him. The Commanders seem ecstatic to have him back, especially considering the carjacking could have been much worse than what transpired.

Robinson is very much a team player. So much so, that he even followed through on his rookie duties and brought the running back room their requested snacks. Brian Robinson doesn’t seem phased about the carjacking incident as he aims to get back on the field as soon as possible.

It’s unclear as to when we can expect Robinson to return. He must take time for his wounds to heal before getting back in shape. Considering he didn’t suffer any life-threatening injuries, the Commanders are hopeful he’ll return at some point in the 2022 season.

If that’s the case, Washington could have a dangerous trio of running backs in the backfield. Antonio Gibson will lead the way while JD McKissic will help in the passing game. Once Brian Robinson returns, he’ll get in the mix and help the Commanders’ offense immensely.
