Even the extremely casual golf fans out there know Bryson DeChambeau has been bulking up over the past year or so. The 26-year-old has been very vocal about the fact that he’s transforming his body into what is essentially a human tank.

To put it in 2020 terms, Bryson DeChambeau is thicc.

Back in August, during what was essentially a six-week fall break for DeChambeau, he announced to the world that he was going to “come back next year and look like a different person” and we’d see some pretty big changes with his physique with the end goal being added yardage off the tee.

Well, DeChambeau has stuck to his word. He’s put on weight and was leading the PGA Tour averaging 321 yards off the tee before the sports world hit pause.

On Monday he shared an Instagram story showing that he currently weighed 239 pounds, which is quite the jump from the 195 pounds he weighed in September.

DeChambeau has turned into quite the Twitch streamer over the past few months and during his stream on Monday he explained that he, nor any other players, should worry about putting on too much weight. He even said that reaching 270 pounds isn’t out of the realm of possibilities.

He knows he’s moving into unprecedented territory, but he doesn’t seem too worried about that at the moment.

The five-time PGA Tour winner has done some insane work in the gym over the last year or so, but he made it very clear that he has no intention of slowing down when it comes to earning those gains.
