Caitlin Clark Stays After 41-Point Performance Against LSU To Sign Autographs For Fans

In what may end up as the most-watched game of her illustrious college career, Caitlin Clark put on a show. The Iowa superstar had 41  points to get revenge against the LSU squad that knocked her out last year.

It was a virtuoso performance that only Caitlin Clark is capable of. College basketball’s all-time leading scorer made nine three-pointers as she picked about an LSU defense that did not have the right answers to the tests she gave them.

Questions are being asked about the game plan LSU employed on her, as Tiger guard Hailey Van Lith could not begin to contain Clark.  When you add in Clark’s passing ability, which resulted in 12 assists, oftentimes finding teams wide open for easy buckets, her impact on the game was incalculable.

Caitlin Clark is certainly the most popular female athlete in America right now. That could change, as the Olympic Games are approaching this summer. But, right now, She’s bigger than anyone.

So, what does someone who is the biggest star in all of college basketball and just had a monster game do after they have one of the biggest wins of her career? She stayed afterward and signed autographs for throngs of fans, of course.

Clark, who is going to forgo her final year of eligibility, is looking to end her career with a national title after coming up one win short last year.  On the season, she’s averaging over 31 points a game to go along with 9 assists and 7 rebounds.

Iowa will play next Friday night in the Final Four in Cleveland, Ohio.
