Carmelo Anthony’s Justification For Cheating On La La Is Laughable

In the wake of the rumors of Carmelo Anthony allegedly cheating on his wife La La by knocking up a stripper, sources close to the pair have come out of the woodwork to shed light on the situation.

Although it hasn’t been confirmed that the rumors are true, the cheating is something that’s plagued the couple’s seven year marriage and it’s been no secret to La La, sources say.

Professional athletes and cheating on their significant others go together like lamb and tuna fish, so Carmelo is far from an aberration, but what’s a bit odd is his blissfully indifferent attitude toward cheating on the mother of his child.

According to Page Six, one source said,

“Melo’s tagline was ‘She’s married, I’m not’. That’s how he would justify it. His attitude is that all professional athletes do it, and many of them do. La La has put up with a lot. She knew it was going on, but I guess this time she’s had enough.”

“She’s married, I’m not.” That not only doesn’t make sense but shows just a complete lack of compassion. At least pretend to be sorry bruh.

Multiple sources also told Page Six that Melo would often flirt or hook up with women while he was on the road with the Knicks.

The couple have been living separately for many months. They have broken up and got back together in the past, but some close to Melo say that a complicating factor is that  La La’s career is peaking while Carmelo’s can aptly be summed up by Phil Jackson.

Any way you cut the pie, there’s one thing for certain: dinner at the Anthony residence is going to be about as tense as a hostage negotiation.
