These College Football Uniforms Designed To Look Like The Team’s Band Are Beautiful Disasters

Graphic designer James O’Hara came up with these college football uniforms based on that team’s band uniforms for Up is down. Black is white. My mind’s swirlin’ and twirlin’ like a baton at halftime looking at these concepts. Some are tight, others are frightening.

According to his official site, O’Hara “graduated from West Virginia University in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design”, played trumpet in the Pride of West Virginia marching band, and completed an internship with the Mountaineers football team.

I combed through the galleries and curated the good, the bad, and the ugly. Keep in mind that James had to stay true to the band’s unis. Don’t blame him if the look has you shook, blame the band, man.
