Basketball star Demarcus Cousins is going viral for his play on the court. The former NBA big man is now playing his pro ball in Puerto Rico.

And he’s absolutely dominating. In his most recent outing, he tallied a double-double while also knocking down the game-winning shot. It’s got fans talking on social media.

Cousins is playing for Guaynabo this season, where he’s averaged 21 points and 10 boards a game. Through 12 matchups, the team has posted a 10-2 record.

“Boogie” has been a big reason why, and that was no more evident than in his latest performance.

The center posted marks of 31 points and 12 rebounds while also dishing out five dimes to teammates. Oh, and he nailed a game-winning three-pointer in the final seconds.

Basketball fans have been quick to comment on social media. Most are happy to see Cousins excelling.

This fan wrote, “Always had great hands and footwork!! Love to see it!”

Someone else said, “Let’s go, Boogie!”

Many believe he should still be playing in the NBA.

While a member of the NBA, Demarcus Cousins played for the Kings, Pelicans, Nuggets, Warriors, Rockets, Bucks, and Clippers. The big man averaged 19.6 points a game for his career, as well as 10.2 rebounds per night.

He certainly seems to be enjoying international ball, though, and he’s not the only former NBAer to make the move. Another big, Dwight Howard, is dominating in Taiwan, and if he has it his way, a few more stars will join him.

As for Boogie, he seems content in Puerto Rico. It definitely looks like he’s still got something left in the tank.
