Following his alleged sexual misconduct scandal, Deshaun Watson now made headlines because he threw a birthday celebration for his model girlfriend at the upscale steak house Vic & Anthony’s. Instagram model Jilly Anais turned 26-years-old this week, which sparked a discussion around the Houston Texans’ quarterback – who is accused of sexual assault.
Deshaun Watson – who was hit with 22 civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault last year – threw a celebration in the Galleria area, the most cosmopolitan neighborhood in Houston, Texas. Video from inside a swanky Houston restaurant shows the couple who have been dating for more than two years.
Anais – who has more than 2.6 million followers on Instagram – posted photos and videos of her birthday celebration on social media.
Deshaun Watson – the three-time NFL Pro Bowler – gave his girlfriend a custom Cuban link diamond necklace with her nickname “Lovebug” on it.
“The Texans quarterback threw the internet personality and singer/rapper a private party at Turner’s, a lavish restaurant in Houston, where they partied the night away with friends and family,” the New York Post reported. “Watson gifted Anais with diamonds and a number of designer bags, including a Birkin bag by Hermes. Anais showed off a custom Cuban link diamond necklace from Watson, with her nickname, ‘Lovebug’ engraved in it.”
Anais wrote on Instagram, “So before I start spamming my birthday party pictures, I wanted to make a post to show love to ALL my family and friends who came to celebrate me on my special day! This post goes to all of y’all! I love y’all more than words itself! Now stay tuned because I’m about to share the best night of my life thus far, all week long.”
Deshaun Watson has requested a trade out of Houston after allegations of disturbing sexual harassment. The Houston Police Department is investigating the allegations. Watson’s attorney – Rusty Hardin – claims that the sexual encounters involving the National Football League quarterback were consensual.
Anais has remained with Watson throughout his ongoing lawsuits asserting that the NFL QB made unwanted sexual advances, despite there being 10 police complaints of sexual assault. The NFL launched an investigation into Watson in March, but he has yet to be charged criminally. Watson has denied the multiple accusations.
Anais previously dated San Antonio Spurs point guard Dejounte Murray up until 2018.
Deshaun Watson signed a four-year contract extension through 2025 – worth $156 million – in September 2020 shortly before the accusations of sexual assault by multiple women.
