Doc Rivers Throws His Players Under The Bus After Bucks’ Latest Embarrassing Loss

The Doc Rivers era in Milwaukee is not going very well.

After hiring Rivers from the broadcast booth to become their new head coach two weeks ago, the Bucks have gone 3-7.

On Thursday night, the Bucks suffered another embarrassing loss to a depleted Memphis Grizzlies squad.

After the game, Rivers threw some of his players under the bus for being mentally checked out before the All-Star break.

“We come back on our set and two guys forget what they’re running…We then missed a shot and nobody gets back, that’s how we start out the third quarter that tells all you need to know where our heads were, we had some guys here, we had some guys in Cabo.”

It didn’t take long for NBA fans to mock Rivers considering the Bucks are struggling under his leadership.

“Doc remains the king of explicitly blaming others for things that are at least partially his responsibility with 0 self-awareness,” commented one fan.

“Doc hitting the reverse uno. He said I’m going to scapegoat y’all before y’all scapegoat me. Giannis, catch-up! You’re 3 steps behind!” said another fan

The Bucks better turn things around soon because it doesn’t seem like the team has any patience to deal with Rivers if they keep losing.
