Drake continued his unfortunate gambling streak as he lost more than $350,000 on his most recent UFC bet. The rapper dropped a couple of big wagers for Saturday night’s main card, and surprising no one, he lost each.

Drake has been known to find himself on the losing end of sports betting. He’s synonymous for cursing teams after hopping on their bandwagons, which could spell bad news for the Alabama football program this season, his most recent target.

Over the weekend, though, Drake set his sights on the Octagon. He placed a huge bet on Jose Aldo to take down Merab Dvalishvili, wagering nearly $240,000. He also placed two separate bets on Kamaru Usman to win in his UFC 278 matchup, totaling $200,000.

Each bet lost, and the rapper was quickly out of nearly $450,000.

Usman was shocked in a surprising upset as Leon Edwards landed a fifth-round knockout with a vicious head kick. Aldo was beaten by decision after being outmatched by Dvalishvili.

The losses continued Drake’s sports betting curse, and fans were quick to call it out on social media.

Fans react to Drake’s UFC betting losses

After dropping each of his UFC bets, fans on Twitter called out the rapper for jinxing the fighters. Everyone was saying the same thing online after the bouts were through.

This could be the best strategy to just moving forward. Fade Drake at all costs!

Drake experienced some more bad luck with these UFC bets on Saturday. Hopefully, he’s not picking your team next.
