The Inside the NBA crew is unrivaled when it comes to providing fans with an incredible amount of entertainment on an impressively consistent basis, much of which stems from Shaquille O’Neal’s and Charle’s Barkley’s tendency to roast the players they cover (as well as themselves) with absolutely no regard for human life.
However, as we’ve learned on multiple occasions, a lot of the guys who end up in their crosshairs don’t necessarily derive as much amusement from those antics. Earlier this week, Shaq revealed an angry Ben Simmons slid into his DMs to fire back at some recent comments, and a number of big names took exception to what he had to say to Donovan Mitchell during an awkward interview last year.
Last summer, Dwight Howard also fired back at Shaq by mocking him with a spot-on impression that drew a rebuke from the Hall of Famer. However, it turns out that’s not the only impersonation he’s managed to master.
Prior to Thursday night’s contest between the Lakers and the Clippers, Howard learned the game was being broadcasted on TNT when he encountered a cameraman working for the network waiting for him in the tunnel during his walk into the arena.
The big man was less than thrilled with that development, and after being asked why he wasn’t pleased, he channeled his inner Charles Barkley while referencing the remarks the host has made about the current state of the Lakers.

However, Barkley got the last laugh, as the Lakers ultimately lost by a score of 111-110 thanks to a last-second bucket from Reggie Jackson.
