NFL running back Elijah Holyfield looks absolutely shredded as he battles back from an ACL tear. The former Georgia Bulldog is looking for his next opportunity as a pro.

In college, Holyfield wowed fans with both his physique and ability. As a Bulldog, he ran for 1,340 yards and nine scores over three years.

The majority of that came in a breakout junior season as he topped the 1,000-yard mark and helped Georgia win 11 games.

After that 2018 campaign, Holyfield left the college ranks and headed to the NFL. Though he went undrafted, he eventually signed with the Carolina Panthers, and last saw action on the field with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020.

He’d hoped to make an impact in Cincinnati’s running back room last year, but a knee injury derailed his 2022 season before it got started.

The son of former boxing legend Evander Holyfield, it’s not a surprise to see Elijah’s shredded frame. It’s a trait that’s followed him since his playing days in Athens.

But it seems he’s taken things to a new level this offseason.

Holyfield recently posted a workout video showing his progress from that ACL tear, and it’s wowing football fans.

“Eleven months post ACL surgery,” the caption read as he showed off his agility and burst following that recovery process. Many on social media have been quick to comment on his insane build.

“We should start a dialogue about this man’s back muscles,” one fan wrote about his Herculean figure.

“Elijah Holyfield looking like the Hulk,” another person said of his shredded appearance.

Even former UGA teammates commented on the recent clip.

We’ll see if Holyfield gets another chance in the NFL. He’ll certainly pass the eye test for teams looking to add running back depth.
