You may know Irina Shayk (real name: Irina Shaykhlislamova and previously known as Irina Sheik) from the cover of the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Some of her other more well-known modeling work has come in campaigns for Beach Bunny Swimwear, Guess, Victoria’s Secret, and L’Oréal Paris.

Shayk is also known for dating Linkin Park drummer Rob Bourdon, soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, and actor Bradley Cooper.

This past weekend, however, the 37-year-old Hercules star grabbed folks’ attention for the outfit she wore to the F1 event held in Miami.

Irina Shayk was just one of many stars in attendance at the high-profile international racing event, but she may have been the only one of them to show up to the Miami Grand Prix while not wearing any pants.

She did have on a white belly shirt, a black cap and some Nike socks to go with her black sunglasses, gold chain necklace, and, ummm, her underpants.

The look, while perfect for a visit to the nearby beach, was widely panned by fans on social media.

“You are stunning but don’t call this fashion or classy or trendy please,” one of her Instagram followers commented.

“Not the right outfit for a race,” wrote another.

“I don’t understand…what is happening to our fashion? The class and elegance?” asked another fan.

“Dress normal for some occasions, it’s so inappropriate for a race,” someone else chided.

“I don’t get it,” another one of Shayk’s followers wrote.

Irina Shayk must have gotten the memo because the next day in Miami the model was wearing a full outfit including a black and green animal print dress, and some black leather boots while posing with Italian fashion designer Riccardo Tisci on pit row. Then, at another point during the day, a green string bikini.

Yeah, I don’t get fashion either.

In Irina Shayk’s defense, she did write on Instagram last week that she was on her “way to break all the rules.”

Mission accomplished?
