Doug Pederson might have to make the uncomfortable decision of cutting his own son from the team.
Last month, the Jaguars signed Doug’s son, tight end Josh Pederson, to serve as a long snapper.
Josh said that he told his dad that he wanted to be able to play in preseason to audition for all the 30 NFL teams.
Just before training camp the Jaguars signed Tight end Josh Pederson. He is Doug Pederson's son.
But what happens if Josh doesn't make the Jaguars final roster?

Unfortunately for Josh, he delivered a terrible snap during a punt attempt in first preseason game with the Jags.
“That’s a bad snap if I’ve ever seen one” said the announcer.
