We have covered countless Fantasy Football punishments here at BroBible throughout the years. Everything from someone being stuck inside a Waffle House for 24 hours having to eat their way out to a man with a clown phobia having to spend the night inside a haunted clown motel in the middle of the desert. This is a new one to me though!
This guy below lost his league and had to go play a round of golf. Sounds great, right? There’s a twist: he had to play without a ball, play with at lest two randoms, and could not tell them why he was there or what was happening.
Could You Survive This Fantasy Football Punishment Without Breaking Character?
My first thought after watching the video is how the gentlemen that he was paired with for this round are going to talk about this experience every day for the rest of their lives. Every single time they hit the 19th hole for a drink they are going to bring up the time they played with the guy who didn’t have a ball.
But I’ve jumped ahead. First, let’s break down the fantasy football punishment rules: he has to ‘play’ a full round of golf, cannot use a golf ball and has to pretend to swing each time, he must play with at least 2 random playing partners, and he cannot tell those randoms what is happening or why he is there. All of that is to say he has to pretend to play golf and cannot reveal that it is a fantasy football punishment, he must commit to the bit.

Could you do it? Keeping a straight face for 3ish hours while pretending to hit a golf ball and acting out an entire round of golf without a golf ball would be an insane task. I don’t think I would have it in me.
Someone in the comments also said the real punishment is having to be on the golf course for hours and not getting to play, which is valid. But having to act out playing in front of strangers and commit to the bit is the real punishment in my opinion.
