The transfer portal in college football shakes things up quite a bit. Especially now with NIL deals involved.

College athletes are being treated (and paid) like professionals these days and a former Georgia Bulldog proves that after transferring to USC.

Bear Alexander, a defensive lineman who just recently transferred from Georgia to USA showed off his new apartment in Southern California.

Let’s just say, this kid is living like a king.

What a view! That apartment seems to be in a great location as well while Bear Alexander lives on top of the city.

No longer are the days of college athletes living in the same apartments as poor college students.

Alexander is out here living in what is probably a $1 million apartment. This simply proves that times have completely changed in college sports.

Additionally, this is great free advertising for USC in general. Could you imagine being offered payment just to live in Southern California, attend school, and play sports?

Who is saying no to that concept? If this is what USC has to offer, then maybe more players will opt to leave Georgia, Alabama, and other schools in the SEC to become a Trojan.

College football fans couldn’t help but react to Alexander’s video. Some are in awe, some have jokes, while other pretend to be less than impressed.

Give Reggie Bush his Heisman back!

This guy must be fun at parties.

Some Georgia fans are salty about the transfer.

Hey, at the end of the day, it’s a cool apartment. So, congratulations to Bear Alexander for transferring out of Georgia to USC.

It seems to be working in his favor, after all.
