We’re just a few short weeks away from the 2018 PGA Tour kicking off at the Kapalua Resort in Hawaii. We haven’t really lost any of the PGA ‘greats’ to the Champions Tour in quite some time and it’s mostly because the current crop of youth talent has been dominating the winner’s circle. Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas…They’re all relatively young golfers and we should expect to see them winning $$$$$ in 2018.

The experts at Sirius-XM PGA Radio all submitted their picks on who will win big in 2018. They were asked to pick winners for The Masters champ, U.S. Open champion, Open Championship winner, PGA champion, FedEx Cup champ, Player of the Year, and who will be ranked #1 in the world on December 31st, 2018. Hilariously, PGA pro Pat Perez who was a guest on our very own ‘Bros On Golf’ podcast a few weeks ago chose himself to win every single major tournament in 2018. You can see Pat’s picks below, but what I find most interesting is how many of these ‘experts’ are hyped on Tiger Woods making a triumphant return in 2018.

I’m still far from sold on the idea of Tiger ever winning another Major Championship on the PGA Tour. In fact, I’d be much more willing to take a massive bet that he doesn’t ever win a major as opposed ever wagering on Tiger actually winning a single tournament. During his reign as #1, I was as big of a Tiger Woods fan as anyone, but his glory days ended years ago and I just can’t ever see him regaining form.
