Need a little fitspiration? Gracie Hunt, the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, is here to help.

“When the bar is set high, do you rise to the challenge? Here’s a little set of hanging leg raises to 🔥 your core!” Gracie wrote on Instagram on Thursday.

“I hope this post serves as a gentle reminder for you to take some time to reverse all the sitting! This set strengthens your grip, abs, lats, hip flexors—and I think it’s fun!

“Having strong hip flexors helps you maintain good posture and reverse the effects of sitting.”

Hard to believe that Gracie Hunt has so much time to not only work out, but also post videos and photos of herself working out, what with her tremendously busy schedule, but she does!

The 23-year-old March/April Maxim cover girl not only has time to run several marathons a year (in which she competes at an elite level despite only beginning to compete in them this year), Hunt also, according to her website, is a NFL brand ambassador and works in public relations for the Chiefs while pursuing her Master’s degree in sports management at the University of Kansas.

Most 23-year-olds can barely get off the couch, and here’s the 2021 Miss Kansas USA getting after it like few people of any age.

Gracie Hunt also plays pickleball, (miniature) golf, and mahjong.

Also, let’s not forget her work as a social media fitness influencer.

And her work as a spokesperson for the Texas Dept. of Transportation.

Even with all of that on her plate, she still somehow makes time to go to events like Dallas Stars playoff games, the F1 Miami Grand Prix and the National Soccer Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

I truly don’t know how the great-granddaughter of the late oil tycoon H.L. Hunt does it all.
