There used to be a time in College Football when the most obnoxious fans in CFB were spread all throughout the nation. Fans of the Hurricanes, Texas, USC, Michigan, Nebraska, FSU, Oklahoma, UF, and Tennessee all used to be insufferable. Then Nick Saban came along and won his 5 national championships with ‘Bama while the rest of that nation’s blue-chip programs all seemed to regress. Yes, there are plenty of obnoxious fans across the college football landscape but I think we know who takes the cake in the past decade.
Don’t get me wrong here, it’s not like Alabama fans aren’t entitled to be obnoxious. They’ve been the best in the land for a decade after a previous era of irrelevancy. They start every season knowing they’ll be competing for a national championship. This guy, on his wedding day, received an Alabama Football cake and it was obvious that he was going to get punked based on the caption from ESPN’s College GameDay tweet, but I wasn’t actively rooting for him to get clowned on until he dropped ‘we don’t screw up national championships, baby.’

I’m assuming that his wife or his family went to LSU. Maybe all of them did. Whatever the case may be, it made for a great wedding day video of this proud ‘Bama fan getting punked.
