Sixers first round draft pick Ben Simmons sat out his second straight Summer League game on Thursday night and NBA legend Isiah Thomas was not happy with the youngster.
During the game, Thomas blasted the rookie for taking selfies and not playing in Summer League games.

You look at Kevin Durant and Steph Curry they are the best players in our league. I don’t think I ever saw Steph Curry take a day off in the Summer League. How can you take a day off for rest in the Summer League? Don’t start developing bad habits right now
Simmons was probably held out by the team so that he doesn’t get injured in the meaningless Summer League, so I’m not sure why Isiah Thomas is so angry.
