Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey may be looking for a new home this offseason.

Despite being one of the best cornerbacks in the league, there have been rumors that the Rams could either trade or release the 28-year-old Pro Bowler, who is set to make $25 million next season.

Apparently knowing this, Lions’ up-and-coming wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown tried to pitch Ramsey on coming to Detroit, to which Ramsey responded by saying he will not be publicly addressing his future at this time.

“Jalen, if you can hear this, I know you played with [Jared] Goff before. Detroit might seem like a landing spot, my guy. Talk to me, talk to me,” St. Brown said of Ramsey’s potential free agency.

Ramsey then hopped on Twitter to respond to St. Brown, essentially saying that while he appreciates it, he won’t be commenting on his future right now.

“Lol much love to Jared Goff and Amon-Ra St. Brown,” Ramsey said in response.

“Tried my hardest to get y’all in them playoffs this year. I won’t comment on my future though. We shall see.”

Ramsey wasn’t the only NFL star to comment on St. Brown’s recruiting pitch, as Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons also chimed in, although his response was far less cordial.

Drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars as the fifth overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, Ramsey was traded to the Rams in 2019 and won a Super Bowl with the team during the 2021 season.

So far in his career, Ramsey has been named to the Pro Bowl six times and the All-Pro First Team three times.

In his seven seasons in the NFL, Ramsey has started 107 games and has made 452 total tackles, 92 pass defenses, and 19 interceptions.
