The Dallas Cowboys just couldn’t keep up with the San Francisco 49ers after losing 19-12. Now, the franchise enters the offseason with some serious questions to answer.
Many question Mike McCarthy as a head coach for this team after continuous playoff blunders. Even so, it sounds like Jerry Jones is going to keep him around.
Jon Machota shares a clip of Jones doubling down on his previous comments about McCarthy. The media questioned the Cowboys owner about whether or not this playoff run would determine Mike McCarthy’s future with the organization. Jerry Jones is quick to claim there will be no changes at head coach this offseason.

Dallas certainly needs to make some changes (especially in the wide receiver room). Firing Mike McCarthy right now could be a premature move based on emotion. So it makes sense why Jerry Jones is committing to him for now. Regardless, Cowboys fans are fed up and ready to move on.
Jerry Jones, you cannot make the same mistake again. This team is nowhere near good enough with McCarthy at coach to win a championship. Do you want to to miss the playoffs next season? After his clock management cost this team the game in back to back playoff exits!!

Cowboys fans are tired of Kellen Moore as well.
But it better affect Kellen moores if he gets offered a job just let him take it. Dak and keels way to comfortable with each other even when not playing good

What changes could Jerry Jones possibly make to improve the roster and/or coaching staff?
Well whose job is it impacting because somebody can’t be here next season. We’ve had too much talent on our team for too long to barely be getting better results than the year before…

A lot of Cowboys fans are clamoring for a change. We’ll see how it plays out this offseason. But for now, it sounds like Mike McCarthy will be the head coach in 2023.
