The New York Jets are one of the first teams reporting to training camp after it was announced they’ll be the team featured on Hard Knocks this year.

All eyes are on Aaron Rodgers right now, as everyone is hopeful he can lead this team to some much needed success.

However, defensive end Micheal Clemons got Jets fans buzzing before training camp even began after arriving in a Walking Dead themed outfit.

The team social media account shared a quick clip of Clemons arriving shirtless while holding a barb wired baseball bat like Negan from The Walking Dead series. It might be the toughest fit anyone has worn in years.

I mean, the barb wired baseball bat with the all black air forces? Micheal Clemons is not messing around.

And he’s showing up to training camp where he’s just practicing with his teammates. But considering he’s in a position battle for what is likely a back up spot, it makes sense why he wants to intimidate the defensive end group.

Either way, Jets fans are loving it as Micheal Clemons is generating some buzz at the start of training camp.

The baseball bat is always a nice touch.

Hard Knocks is going to love this guy.

The Micheal Clemons hype is real!

He’s really keeping people on their toes!

I’m sticking with Negan over Charlie from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

The Jets are scheduled to begin training camp later this week. Make sure to tune into Hard Knocks on August 8.

If this is how Micheal Clemons arrives on the first day, I can only imagine how much camera time he might get on the popular show.
