The Philadelphia Eagles are set to take on the San Francisco 49ers in what should be a great playoff matchup.
However, Eagles fans are really making a name for themselves during the tailgate to the game. Especially after getting under Joey Bosa’s skin.
In a clip shared by Bussin’ With The Boys, a Philly sports fan gets into an argument with the Los Angeles Chargers’ star defensive end. Joey Bosa is seen rocking 49ers gear as he’s there to support his brother. Things take a turn though when Bosa hurls an offensive insult at the Eagles fan.

The fans very clearly got under Joey Bosa’s skin. He obviously loses his cool in the heated exchange. As you can expect, the Eagles fan is completely unphased, as they got what they were hoping for out of Bosa.
Philadelphia sports fans are known for being widely inappropriate to other sports fans. Professional athletes for every sport have a story about dealing with the Philly fanbase. Even so, this isn’t a great look for Joey Bosa either.
There are no winners in this incident. Fans who purposely try to bother athletes simply because they want a reaction are some of the worst sports fans in existence. Meanwhile, Joey Bosa used a term that he’s likely going to issue an apology for using.
With that said, keep an eye out for the Chargers’ star. He might be sending an apology sooner, rather than later.
