Jon Jones Details Exactly How He Wants To Beat Stipe Miocic

After defeating Ciryl Gane with relative ease, Jon Jones already has his eyes set on his next opponent.

Immediately after securing the heavyweight title, Jones called out Stipe Miocic in the octagon.

Later on, during the post-fight interview, the GOAT explained why he wants to face Miocic. Additionally, he details exactly how he’s going to beat the former champion.

Finishing Miocic before the championship rounds would be mightily impressive. Especially considering how he’s considered the heavyweight GOAT.

Jon Jones is clearly interested in making this fight happen. Luckily for fight fans, it sounds like Stipe Miocic is ready for it too.

According to MMA Junkie, the former champ is ready to take on Jones, with a potential fight date set in July.

Here is what Miocic had to say about Jones becoming the heavyweight champion. “Good for him. Hey, he won. I’ll see him in July. They’re all big boys at heavyweight. Not that much to say. It is what it is.”

This might be one of the most highly anticipated heavyweight matchups in UFC history. It sure sounds like it’s going to happen. And it’ll be interesting to see if Jon Jones can follow through on his call-out.
