Jordan Poole’s Response To Draymond Green Question Becomes A Meme

Jordan Poole was traded from Golden State to Washington over the offseason, but it hasn’t stopped reporters from asking questions about Draymond Green.

When speaking with the media this week, his former teammate was brought up, leading to a visibly peeved reaction.

“Have you heard from Draymond?” the reporter asked. Poole didn’t respond to the inquiry, though he did side-eye the media member before moving on to the next question.

NBA fans have been quick to comment on the interaction on social media.

One person wrote, “He reacted like he heard Deebo was coming.”

Someone else said, “That boy swerving questions.”

He’s already become a meme.

Poole was a major part of the Warriors 2022 NBA championship run, but he fell off this past year. This, coming after landing a major contract extension with the organization.

Things got off to an ominous start prior to the start of his season as Poole was involved in a physical altercation with Draymond Green. Videos of Green punching the guard quickly went viral online.

With the on and off-court struggles mounting, the Warriors opted to move on. Jordan Poole will now team up with Kyle Kuzma in DC, though fans are already finding ways to mock him in his new home, too.

We’ll see if he can find his old form with the Wizards and become a legitimate scoring threat.
