Deion Sanders landed his class of 2024 headliner this offseason when five-star offensive lineman Jordan Seaton committed to the Colorado program. The nation’s top-ranked tackle, he provided star power at an immediate position of need.

Last season, the Buffs ranked 129th (out of 130) in sacks allowed and dead last in sack yardage, forcing starting signal caller Shedeur Sanders to fight for his life each time he dropped back in the pocket.

Seaton was brought in to help change that embarrassing output, and it seems he’s already making strides.

The big man’s talent is proven with that five-star status, though not yet at the Power Five level. Like most high school prospects making the jump to college, strength will play a part in how much he sees the field.

They say the closer you get to the line of scrimmage, the tougher it is to start as a freshman. Size and physicality play a large role in that hurdle.

This rookie lineman appears to be doing all he can to crack that starting lineup.

Jordan Seaton looks like the Hulk.

Images of the offensive tackle in the weight room are now circulating social media. He appears to have made some massive gains this offseason.

The transformation from high school is quite impressive.

There was initial drama in Seaton’s recruitment after he made his commitment on Fox’s Undisputed with Skip Bayless and Keshawn Johnson.

Two weeks after making that pledge, he failed to send an inked letter of intent on National Signing Day. Despite the brief moment of angst, and some negative recruiting against Deion Sanders from outside programs, the Buffs breathed a sigh of relief when he officially gave his signature.

Now, the focus turns to the field where Seaton hopes to make an impact as a freshman.
