35-year-old Conor McGregor hasn’t fought in the UFC since July 10, 2021. He has also only fought in the UFC four times since November of 2016 (three of them losses).

He is scheduled to fight his opposing coach from The Ultimate Fighter 31, Michael Chandler, at UFC 303 on June 29, 2024.

In the three years that he has been inactive, there have been numerous rumors, delays, and setbacks for Conor McGregor that have reportedly delayed his return to the octagon.

Those rumors were once again brought up by former UFC “BMF” Champion Jorge Masvidal during an appearance this week on the TimboSugarShow with current UFC Bantamweight Champion Sean O’Malley.

When asked for a prediction for the McGregor vs. Chandler UFC 303 fight, Masvidal replied, “I mean they both look for ways to quit. So who’s gonna quit first, right? I don’t know who’s going to quit first in that one.

“But I think, I don’t know, man. How much juice is Conor on too, right? That’s another question too because that mother f—– had to wait until USADA left to come back in this b—- and compete with all of us.

“While all of us been training, getting tested, this mother f—– was clearly on some s— as we can see see by these f—— movies. So I don’t know, man. I think I’m gonna lean towards Conor, but it’s not really, like set in stone, you know. … Half them Twitters, you know, he’s out of his mind, you know.? Cocaine is a hell of a drug and s— because he be writing some s— that don’t make no damn sense.”

Jorge Masvidal’s suggestion that Conor McGregor has been on drugs was not just pulled out of thin air.

McGregor was spotted out partying just weeks before his scheduled fight against Michael Chandler.

He has appeared pale, twitchy, stuttering and jittery during recent public appearances.

The UFC conspicuously parted ways with the USADA amid much speculation about Conor McGregor’s testing status. That coming after former UFC star Matt Brown called McGregor a “juiced, coked-up bum.”
