Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback ever. There really is no debate at this point.
With that in mind, we’re likely to hear some cool and funny stories as the years go by, much like when people tell stories about working with Michael Jordan.
Well, Julian Edelman recalls his first time practicing with Tom Brady as a rookie. Turns out, the future Hall of Famer made Edelman cry on his first day.
During a guest appearance on the Games with Names podcast, Edelman recalls how Tom Brady made him cry.
After dropping the ball on the first pass thrown to him, Edelman was in the dog house for three whole years. That’s a widely long time for someone to earn back some trust.
But hey, it seemed to work as Julian Edelman eventually became one of Tom Brady’s favorite targets in New England.
These are one of those stories that just show how different Tom Brady is compared to most people. He just has different expectations, which is part of what makes him great.
Also, shoutout to Edelman for not just quitting and fighting back to become a top wide receiver for New England.
At the end of the day, this is a pretty awesome story to hear about Tom Brady.
