For months, the fight between KSI and Logan Paul has been heavily promoted. On Saturday afternoon, KSI Vs Logan Paul finally happened and some who watched the fight are suspicious about how the boxing match ended.
The massive YouTube personalities have been trading barbs and diss tracks for months and they finally traded punches. The fight was broadcast on a YouTube pay-per-view for $10 a pop.
The bout featuring two amateur fighters better known for their YouTube hijinx than their jabs garnered enough interest that over 800,000 people purchased the pay-per-view as well as the scores of others who watched the bout on illegal streams on places like Twitch and Twitter. Early estimates project there were about two million online viewers as well as the live audience at the Manchester Arena in England.
The much-ballyhooed fight between Olajide “JJ” Olatunji AKA KSI, who has 19.4 million YouTube subscribers, and Paul, who has 18.2 million followers, was tightly contested throughout. When the judges ruled that the fight between the rival YouTubers ended in a draw, the live crowd of more than 15,000 booed the decision. The bout ended in a draw, which angered some people and set off questions by others.

KSI was awarded a 58-57 score from one judge, but the other two scored it as a 57-57 tie. The boxing match ending in a majority draw, which left many confused because KSI had one more point than Logan.

“I think there’s only one thing to do. I think we have to have a rematch,” KSI declared. Paul said, “I think it’s what the people want. Let’s give them a rematch.” The two went the distance in the six-round fight that ended in a draw. The internet was very suspicious of the draw and how maybe that was done on purpose so that they could make more money on a rematch.

The undercard featured Logan’s younger brother Jake against KSI’s younger brother Deji Olatunji. Jake defeated Deji in the fifth round. In the end, we’re all losers for this. Stay tuned for many rematches.
