Model, host, influencer, and entrepreneur Lauren Blake Boultier does it all.

This Saturday, Boultier will be working the highly anticipated Zayas/Ennis fight card in Brooklyn for DAZN. When she’s not hosting an event on TV, Boultier runs her own wellness brand, Hydra Powders, teaches others about the importance of A.I., and is a social media influencer/creator on the side.

Ahead of this weekend’s Zayas/ Ennis fight card, Brobible contributor Kathia Vega sat down with Boultier to find out how she balances so many work projects during such a busy time on the calendar.

KV: Hi Lauren, you’ll be working Zayas/Ennis fight this weekend for DAZN. How are you feeling leading up to the fight?

LBB: This is a huge week for boxing. I am feeling extremely excited. We have Zayas vs. Boots on Saturday night at Barclays Center in New York. I’m going to be hosting. I’m going to be on the floor in the locker rooms, interviewing with the fighters, and it’s going to be an electric fight. So I’m very much looking forward to it. And in New York City, of course.

What do you think makes the Zayas/Ennis fight so compelling?

This is definitely going to be a monumental fight for them. This is two undefeated fighters who both have a lot to lose, right? So you have Zayas on one hand, who is the younger unified champion. He’s polished, he’s disciplined, and he is technically sharp. And then you have Boots, who is, I think, more of a naturally gifted, more dangerous fighter. So it’s really hard to say. It’s going to be an incredible fight between these two. I don’t know, I’m not going to pick a prospect, but I would say that if anybody, I’m leaning towards Boots. But I think that Zayas is talented enough to really, really make him work for it.

I’m curious how do you prepare to host these major boxing events?

Well, I think it comes down to just knowing your stuff, right? So I do the research. I know the stats. I know the history. I know the fan predictions. I know the storylines. And that type of preparation is what helps earn the trust of not only the fighters, but of the audience.

You’re a multi-talented businesswoman who hosts combat sports events, but you also have a background in biochemistry. What led you to combat sports? What led you to hosting events?

I wear a lot of hats. Yeah, I’m an entrepreneur. I got cum laude honors degree in biochemistry in college, and I was going to go into the medical field, fell in love with creator work, and just the creativity that comes with that. So I have been doing that for a long time. I built my audience of 2 million across my platforms, and I do AI education, but I also wanted to use the biochem degree… So I formulated the first-ever NAD+ electrolyte powder that’s drinkable, and I founded my company, Hydra Powder. So I get to marry the two and, you know, share it with my audience first. And then, with the hosting and just being comfortable to talk on camera, DAZN reached out to me. I’ve always been a boxing fan. I’ve seen Tyson, I’ve seen Mayweather. And so when they came to me after they saw my work, just with other hosting things. They’re like, hey, you want to be a part of this? It was a very easy yes.

Was it your vision to connect your brand with sports and the stuff that your doing as a host?”

It was. I knew that I wanted to marry all of my worlds together, right? So like I said, I wear a lot of hats. I am a creator on this side, then an AI educator, then a founder, then a host and boxing correspondent. So, marrying all the parts of your life just adds a nice synergy. And I knew that any type of athlete I would encounter, or even just regular professionals I’m encountering, and the tech founders I’m talking to at these AI conferences, everybody needs that hydration, everybody needs the boost. So it’s definitely been good being able to help utilize my product across the board.

You said you’re an AI educator. What does that entail?

What I do is take AI tools and make them digestible for people. So I know this software in and out. I use it all the time. I’ve been on top of it for many years. And then I present it to the audience, where they can pick and choose what tools they want to use to help build, learn, create, whatever it is. I think AI is incredibly helpful, and everyone should experiment with it in whatever capacity they feel comfortable with. But at the end of the day, AI is only as good as the human who is operating it. So it’s just up to the individual.

What advice can you give women who see you as a role model, who want to build a brand, work, and do all those things at the same time?

I would say if you can manage your time efficiently, the world is your oyster. You can do absolutely anything and everything. You can do something over here, then you can do something that’s completely unrelated. As long as you can manage your time and give yourself to each project, then why not try it all? You’re going to miss the shot if you don’t take it. So take a swing at it.
