Jay-Z’s Roc National Sports team just gained three well-known clients, and their father, as LaMelo, LiAngelo and Lonzo Ball have reportedly signed on with the sports management company.

Lonzo is in his third season in the NBA and first as a Pelican while LaMelo is a lock to be a Top Five pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. LiAngelo recently signed with the Oklahoma City Blue of the G League just last month.

As for the decision to sign on with Roc Nation, LaMelo’s agent Jermaine Jackson explained in a statement that it was a family decision and this journey is something the three brothers want to be a part of together.

“We talked to several agents, but the family had good vibes with Roc Nation,” Jackson told ESPN. “I’ve known Jay-Z since I played for the Knicks, but this is what the kids wanted to do. Jay-Z is a master at what he does. He’s global. It’s power beyond power.

“This is something that they are building from the ground up together. They are brothers and they love each other and that’s how they roll. It’s all love. They don’t separate from each other.”

The Ball trio joins the likes of Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant and Saquon Barkley who are three of the more well-known athletes also signed with Roc Nation.

According to Forbes, Roc Nation Sports, which was founded in 2013, held a total of 52 clients as of October of 2019 with a contract value under management reaching $963 million.
