Marcus Peters really doesn’t like Saints coach Sean Payton.
Earlier this season, Peters was angry that Payton told the media that he liked the Michael Thomas’-Peters “matchup—a lot.”
“Tell Sean Payton to keep talking that shit,” he said. “We’re going to see him soon, you feel me? Because I like what he was saying on the sidelines, too. So tell him to keep talking that s—, and I hope you see me soon. We’re going to have a nice little bowl of gumbo together.”

After today’s Saints-Rams NFC championship game. Peters walked over and talked trash to Payton.
#Rams CB Marcus Peters ran across the field to Sean Payton, leading to a large heated scrum of players from both teams, per @jkatzenstein. Oh boy.

Peters went on to taunt the Saints after the Rams win by yelling “let’s eat gumbo” over and over.
