The Summer of Zuck continued recently as Mark Zuckerberg was filmed wake surfing like a pro in Lake Tahoe.

The Facebook co-founder and Meta CEO made an appearance in a TikTok posted by UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya. There appeared to be at least 5 people on the wakeboarding boat, including Alexander Volkanovski, with Mark Zuckerberg already in the water getting ready to pop up on the wake skate.

Many people call it wake surfing, I’ve always called it wake skating. I guess the preferred nomenclature entirely depends on where and when you grew up, and if you were into skating or surfing before wakeboarding.

I’m impressed by how flat the water is. Lake Tahoe is huge! There are boats everywhere. But it was plenty smooth enough for wake surfing.

In the comments, someone wrote “Zuck more active than I thought.” Another added “If Zuck training with Izzy and Volk, Elon Musk is finished, bro.”

It should come as no shock that Mark Zuckerberg is a natural at wake surfing. He’s already a seasoned big wave surfer after training in Hawaii and honing his craft.

But seeing Zuck hanging out and training with UFC champs doesn’t seem normal quite yet. At the time this video was filmed, the Meta CEO was seen training with Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.

Mark has already been competing in Jiu-Jitsu competitions. And as a billionaire, he has access to every athlete/trainer on Planet Earth that he’d want to work or hang with.

But seeing Zuckerberg training with Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski while all of the rumors were swirling about a cage match with Elon Musk, it was hard for many to not connect the dots.

There hasn’t been much chatter in the past few days about the Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg cage match. But last week, UFC’s Michael Chandler said his insider knowledge suggested it was absolutely ‘going to happen.’
