In the first two weeks of OTAs, Marshawn Lynch has reportedly shown toughness and professionalism. The 31-year-old running back last played in the NFL during the 2015 season with the Seahawks and rushed for 433 yards and three touchdowns in just seven games.
Derek Carr’s first impression of Lynch is a “loyal, faithful person,” while first-year offensive coordinator Todd Downing lai “He’s a hard worker and he’s a football junkie. He brings a veteran savvy with a fun personality behind it that makes it a really good combination.”
:
Head coach Jack Del Rio took to Twitter on Monday and posted a short clip of Lynch in the open field displaying some magic. Sure, it’s a non-contact practice and defenders are in athletic shorts, but I choose to take this as a sign that Lynch will win the MVP this year.
