The rebellion that Pittsburgh Steelers are waging against offensive coordinator Matt Canada continues, as some fans of the team on Twitter believe they’ve found his burner account.

While we must be absolutely and unequivocally clear that there is no confirmation that this is an account owned by Canada, the internet has uncovered a Twitter profile that is not only used for basically the sole purpose of defending the Steelers OC but also seems to be linked to the email address matthew.canada@steelers.com.

Again, while unconfirmed, the evidence is there that whoever this is, they have a deep passion for the 51-year-old NFL coach.

Over the weekend, the Steelers lost 30-6 to the Houston Texans, which resulted in many Steelers fans calling for Canada’s job — which has been a common theme of the young 2023 season.

While head coach Mike Tomlin had indicated on Sunday that the team would be making changes, he revealed on Tuesday that Canada would not be losing his job at this time.

In the game against the Texans, Pickett completed 15 of 23 passes for 114 yards and an interception. Despite being favored by a field goal, the Steelers wound up losing by 24 points.

After four games against the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Las Vegas Raiders, and Houston Texans, the Steelers currently sit at 2-2.

Unfortunately for the Steelers, things don’t get much easier for them this weekend as they’ll be taking on the AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens in what will be a crucial matchup in terms of determining the fate of the division.
