As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers struggle through the end of the season, fans are already trying to figure out where Tom Brady will play next season.

Rumors have already begun swirling about which teams Brady could head to as fans analyze his comments and those of coaches around the league.

Today, NFL insider Jason La Canfora took a look at which teams would be a good fit for Brady in 2023. According to La Canfora, the San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, and Las Vegas Raiders are the 3 most likely teams to land Brady next season.

Two of these 3 teams have major roadblocks that could prevent them from signing Brady.

The 49ers have a strange quarterback situation heading into 2023. They entered the season with Trey Lance under center and expected him to be their franchise QB. He was lost for the season early in the yer.

Then they turned back to Jimmy Garoppolo. Now he’s out for the rest of the regular season. Now Brock Purdy is playing surprisingly well.

It’s assumed they’ll be turning back to Trey Lance next season, but could they change their mind if Tom Brady wants to come home? Maybe, but it would make the Lance pick look pretty bad if they were turning to Brady in Lance’s 3rd season.

The Dolphins quarterback situation is much more clear. Tua Tagovailoa has been awesome for stretches of this season. The last two weeks have not been one of those stretches. Those two weeks shouldn’t be enough for the team to give up on him for what would likely be 1 year of Tom Brady.

The Raiders are a much more interesting option. It wouldn’t be shocking for them to give up on Derek Carr after years of speculation they would. They also happen to have the best wide receiver in the NFL to entice Brady to move to Vegas.

If he even ends up playing another season, there’s no doubt fans will be paying close attention to his decision on where to play.
