We’re in the beginning stages of AI taking over, as it is seemingly going to become the future of the world. Probably sooner, rather than later.

Whatever your opinion of it is, people are going to continue to use AI and it’s only going to improve.

There are numerous ways we can use this technology, from Chat GPT, to mimicking people’s voices, or even generating fake movie trailers.

Well, someone had the clever idea to ask AI to reimagine every NFL mascot in the league. As it turns out the results are pure nightmare fuel.

Garry Gates shares a thread, showcasing each NFL mascot reimagined by AI. Prepare yourself, because there is no going back after you see these things.

First, here’s the AFC East. The Buffalo Bills mascot looks like Snuffaluffagus. I don’t know what’s going on with the other three.

The Cincinnati Bengals mascot looks like a cross between the Cheshire Cat and the South Park character that brought the kids to Imagination Land.

Meanwhile, the Houston Texans mascot looks more like Porky Pig than it does a bull.

I have no words for these four.

Everybody wave hi to the New York Giants mascot, or else!

Okay, but the Minnesota Vikings mascot is actually cool. They should make that the new mascot asap.

Process of elimination was the only way I could figure out that was the mascot for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Seattle Seahawks? More like the Seattle Swamp Monsters, am I right?

Maybe let’s not have AI reimagine NFL mascots. Unless you’re into having nightmares for the rest of your life.

It’s actually hilarious to see some of these images. Could you imagine a world where these become the real mascots for every team?
