NFL ref Brad Allen has spoken out after a controversial penalty call decided the game between the Lions and the Cowboys.

On Saturday night, the Lions were called for an “illegal touching” penalty after a go-ahead two-point conversion because the ref claimed offensive lineman Taylor Decker didn’t report as an illegible receiver.

After the game, Decker insists that he reported to Allen.

In a pool report, Allen claims that #70 Dan Skipper reported and Decker #68 did not.

“On this particular play, number 70, who had reported during the game a couple of times, reported to me as eligible. Then he lined up at the tackle position. … So, the issue is, number 70 did report, number 68 did not.”

Skipper claims he never reported to the ref before the play.

It’s clear that someone is lying, and fans want the NFL to investigate the matter.
