Nikki Glaser Reveals Awkward Moment She Had With Tom Brady After His Roast

Comedian Nikki Glaser had one of the best sets during the roast of Tom Brady on Netflix Sunday night.

As roast host Kevin Hart pointed out after she finished her set, she got a standing ovation from the massive Forum crowd.

Which, of course, means that she went in hard on the recipient of all of the roasting Tom Brady.

For example, Nikki Glaser dropped this bomb on TB12: “Do you guys know about his diet program? It is so strict. But if you follow it exactly as he does, you too can lose your family.”

She also got him with this line: “You really are, I mean, you’re the best to ever play… for too long. I mean, you retired, then you came back, and then you retired again. I get it. It’s hard to walk away from something that’s not your pregnant girlfriend.”

Glaser also mocked Brady for “losing his wife” Gisele Bundchen to a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, which was one of the many jokes made involving Brady’s ex.

The comedian kind of, sort of apologized for those jokes, but she didn’t have to actually see Bundchen that night or since.

She did, however, have to see Tom Brady. But not for long.

“Brady didn’t go to the after-party. He was outta there,” Glaser told a visibly surprised Pat McAfee on Thursday.

“He didn’t go. He was his way out, I ran into him in the hallway and just said, ‘hey, thanks for having me’ again. We didn’t meet him before the show. I only met him after I got done with my set and gave him a hug and said thank you after telling him, you know, horrible things about himself.

“But then afterwards I ran into him in the hall and I’m like, ‘thank you so much, thanks for having me,’ and really quickly he just goes, ‘you did a great job, good luck with everything.’

“Which is pretty much saying, ‘I’ll never see you again and don’t even try to contact me. Have a good life.’

“But it was nice enough because he was out of there, because I know what it’s like. You go into these and go, ‘it’s not gonna really offend me, I kind of know everything that’s fair game for them to say abut me.’

“But I’m on the other side of it and also studying these people thinking what’s the worst way I can hurt them.

“And I don’t think he thought we were gonna say things about like, him losing his family, I think is the one that he didn’t predict. And truth is, he didn’t lose his family. He’s a great father. That was obviously hyperbole. I do believe he is and so I feel he was a little pissed off about that. But he literally could have had somewhere to go.”

Good thing she didn’t use any of the jokes that she decided not to tell during the roast.
