Game 3 of the NBA Finals took place on Wednesday night and the Denver Nuggets took home the victory.
Nikola Jokic went ballistic for his team, putting up 32 points, 21 rebounds, and 10 assists, which is the first 30-20-10 game in NBA Finals history.
The Nuggets’ superstar was asked about it during the postgame presser. You’d think he’d have something to say about his teammates helping him achieve this feat, or something similar to that.
But instead, Nikola Jokic totally shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Here is his response to the question, via The Athletic.
Nikola Jokić was asked about his unprecedented 30-20-10 Game 3 performance after the game.
“I don’t care. It’s just a stat.”

How can you not love this guy? Nikola Jokic really only cares about winning the NBA Finals. This really is part of what makes him so great.
Not only does he go off on a regular basis, but Jokic only cares about one thing. Winning.
It’s the perfect mindset as, arguably the best player in the world is aiming to secure his first ring.
Denver is in great hands with Nikola Jokic on board, especially right now as the team is just two wins away from winning the championship.
And of course, NBA fans responded to this clip loving Jokic even more than before.

At the end of the day, it’s the only stat that matters.
Only stat he cares about is getting 4 wins.
