Fans are having a tough time recognizing Odell Beckham Jr. these days.

On Friday, Beckham made his last push to be considered on the Giants roster, and in his final preseason game, he made 3 catches for 53 yards, which appears to be enough to get him on the team.

“He has done enough to make an NFL roster, for sure.” Said Giants head coach John Harbaugh. He’s played well. He’s gotten better as camp’s gone along. He deserves credit for that. He’s done a really good job with it.”

After the game, Beckham spoke about how important it is for him to make the Giants roster.

“It would mean everything,” Beckham said of making the roster. “It would be my dream. This is where I started. There’s no place I want to give my whole heart to, more than any place in the world, than this place right here.”

“I know that I have a good feeling about myself. I feel like there is ball to be played, plays to be made. Right now, I’m just truly grateful for that opportunity and experience. It was a tough couple years, taking a step back and deciding whether to move forward with life. Are you done? The mental battles that we go through and just push through, persevere and overcome adversity, like I said, I’m truly grateful.”

Fans noticed that Beckham looked a bit different after his final preseason game.
