Less than two years after he was placed into a medically-induced coma following a sudden health scare, WWE legend Ric Flair is reportedly back in the hospital following an undisclosed emergency on Thursday morning.

TMZ originally reported Flair was rushed to the emergency room and that the situation was “very serious” but other sources now seem to be contradicting this claim—including Fightful’s Sean Ros Sapp, who says Flair was scheduled to undergo a procedure and that things are not as dire as the outlet made them out to be.
He stated that Flair and the family knew the procedure was coming and he could have had it before or after Vegas, and wanted to feel good for Starrcast

Phew.
Flair was previously hospitalized with multiple organ problems stemming from a long day (and life) of drinking but he would go on to make a full recovery and announce his return in the best way possible.

Since then, Flair has sworn off booze but that hasn’t stopped him from having fun. He recently got married for the fifth time, had one hell of a 70th birthday bash, and was planning on getting back in the ring as of a few months ago.
We’ll keep a close eye on the situation and keep you posted with any major developments. Here’s to hoping Nature Boy pulls through yet again.
