Not only did Rihanna not get paid for her Super Bowl halftime performance she was shelling out over $500,000 for a 6-night rental in nearby Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Rihanna can easily afford it with a net worth in the range of $1.7 billion but that’s still an insane amount of money to spend on a 6-night rental. Even crazier, the house had just sold for $7,300,000 on February 3rd, just days ahead of the Super Bowl.

TMZ was the first to report that Rihanna rented this house for 6 nights during Super Bowl week and they have all sorts of MLS real estate photos of the insane property.

The house recently underwent a cosmetic overhaul. The wood floors were replaced with tile and it was given a very modern facelift across every aspect of the home. Here is what it looked like 4 years ago:

The 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house has 6,434 square feet and according to TMZ it rented for over $85,000/night during Super Bowl week. That would put Rihanna’s 6-night stay at $510,000. It is interesting that the house was under new ownership according to Redfin as of February 4th though…

The Redfin listing says this house has ‘soaring mountain views’ at the base of Camelback. It features a ‘resort styled yard’ and has a pickleball court, outdoor bar and BBQ, workout room, putting green, wine cellar, and more.
