It has been nearly a year since Rob Gronkowski decided to retire from football.

Despite that, the possibility of a return has been big news recently.

It all started with Gronk tweeting out that he was bored a couple of days ago.

To the dismay of many football fans, it turned out that Cronk’s big announcement was that he would be joining FanDuel.

After making the announcement, Gronk revealed that he had actually been contacted by a couple of NFL teams about a return as a result of his tweet.

Today, the Tampa Bay Times’ Rick Stroud revealed that Gronk had actually contacted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers about a possible return to the team.

It was more of a conversation than anything else. Usually, when you have to think about playing, you probably don’t want to play. When it’s just a discussion, I didn’t think much of it at the time.

It appears Gronk has at least considered the possibility of an NFL return over the course of the current season.

Unfortunately for Bucs fans, it seems Gronk wasn’t intrigued enough by the idea to actually come out of retirement and try to help the Bucs fix their offense after months of struggling to put points on the board.

It’s too bad for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they could use any help they can get to continue to cling to their narrow lead at the top of football’s worst division in spite of their losing record.
