Big 10 Wrestling Champ Only Wants To Talk About His Majestic Mullet In Greatest College Sports Interview Ever

Iowa wrestler Sammy Brooks won the Big Ten championship in the 184-pound weight class on Sunday and dear god, did Sammy make the most of the moment.

During his post-match sitdown with a reporter, this Bro for the ages delivered a victory speech like a seasoned showman, and in just about the coolest demeanor you can imagine. Here’s Sammy:

“Yeah, I mean it did get loud in here. I think these fans just respond really well to a good haircut. So uh, that’s what I was working on coming in here, to makin’ sure I had it fluffed and feathered the right way, and I think the fans saw my hard work.”

Instant legend? I think so:

Sammy went on to say that he gains trust every time his hair “grows a little more and a little more.”

You see, Sammy trusts in himself and his majestic mullet:

“It’s a process, you know. You can’t grow a great mullet in a day, and you can’t win a Big Ten title in a day.”

Holy CRAP. Whatever happens next for Sammy, this bro has a future career in television.

I don’t care what it is. Golf, tennis, dodge ball, the World Series, who gives a shit. The kid’s got charisma. And you simply can’t teach charisma quite like this.
