One NFL QB scout was not impressed with Shedeur Sanders’ attitude after a recent team interview. Last week, Sanders met with the media and several teams at the NFL draft combine in Indianapolis.

According to NFL insider Josina Anderson, one NFL quarterback scout representing a team with a top-seven draft pick was critical of Sanders after his interview with the team at the combine.

“I am disappointed to hear that a quarterbacks coach from a team drafting in the top 7 referred to Shedeur Sanders as coming off “brash” and “arrogant” in his team interview and making his assessment known to a number of people, per source.”

Anderson points out that the scout may have been biased with his assessment because he doesn’t like players who are famous and financially successful before entering the NFL.

“According to league sources, said QB coach seems to have issue with “the culture” of athletes who have broad fame and financial success before entering the NFL, and in their* opinions, appears to them to have a problem certain athletes—I’ll leave it at that.”

During the combine, a confident Sanders made headlines when he said that teams who aren’t interested with him changing their culture should not draft him.

As of now most mock drafts have Sanders falling outside of the top 10 in the NFL draft.
