Shilo Sanders was cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after he got ejected for throwing a punch during a preseason game against the Buffalo Bills. The album cover for his new album ‘World Of Headache’ does not reflect the reality of that incident.
He swapped out the player on the other end of his knuckle sandwich.
As of this writing, Sanders has not addressed the change. It is a bizarre reflection on the end of his (brief) NFL career.
Shilo Sanders released his new album ‘World Of Headache’ on every major streaming platform.
Shilo Sanders, the son of Deion Sanders and older brother to Shedeur Sanders, played college football at South Carolina in 2019 and 2020. He later transferred to play for his dad and with his brother at Jackson State, and followed them to Colorado.
Although he was not a superstar, it would not be fair to say he was not a good college player.
Shilo made 70 total tackles in 11 games during the 2023 season with the Buffaloes, and averaged more than five tackles per game during the last four years of his career. The 6-foot-0, 196-pound safety was known to be a hard hitter— which sometimes got him in trouble for targeting. He referred to himself as the CEO of the Headache Gang because when he hits you, you’ll get a headache.
Now, two years removed from college football, Shilo Sanders is fully retired from the sport. The 26-year-old announced in May that he is no longer training for the NFL.
With football now in his rearview mirror, Shilo released his second full-length rap/hip hop album over the weekend. It is called ‘World Of Headache’ and you can stream it on Apple Music and/or Spotify.
I am not here to critique the music. Coach Prime and Shedeur are both featured on their own songs.

The final game of Shilo Sanders’ brief NFL career was played on Aug 23., 2025. He was ejected from the game for throwing a punch. Head coach Todd Bowles called his behavior “inexcusable.” The Buccaneers cut him from the roster a few days later.
To be fair — Shilo was not the instigator and does not deserve full blame for the incident. It was foolish to throw a punch but he did not start the spat. Buffalo Bills tight end Zach Davidson climbed to the facemask, which led the Bucs safety to retaliate.
Both players should’ve been penalized. The officials only threw a flag on Sanders.
That was about a year ago. Sanders released his new album just a few days after the one-year anniversary of his career-ending punch. The title track is called ‘Go out Swinging’ in reference to the incident. The album artwork is also a reference to the punch.
However, there is one major change. The ‘World Of Headache’ album cover features Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid, not Davidson. Sanders swapped out the tight end on the receiving end of his punch. No. 84 to No. 86.
Why the change? Great question. If I had to guess, Sanders made the change to make it seem like he was playing against a starting NFL tight end in a real game instead of garbage time of the preseason against the backups. Maybe he is still upset about the time Kincaid scored on him in college and wanted to get his revenge through a punch that never happened.

Whatever the reason, his new album cover features the wrong tight end on the other end of his punch. Weird.
