Snoop Dogg Perfectly Predicted How The Lakers-Warriors Game Would End (Video)

Snoop Dogg discusses Lakers series

ESPN / First Take

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers took a 1-0 series lead over their in-state rival Golden State Warriors in the first game of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Prior to that game, lifelong Lakers fan Snoop Dogg was a guest on ESPN’s First Take where he gave his prediction about how Game 1 of the series would go down.

Would you believe that the Dogg Father channeled his inner Nostradamus and perfectly predicted how Game 1 would end? Because that’s exactly what he did.

Snoop called his shot. More specifically, he called Jordan Poole’s brick and Steph Curry getting double-teamed. Here’s the clip:

Speaking about the Lakers, Snoop Dogg said “we gonna probably be doubling Steph. Somebody else is going to be open… Jordan Poole, keep shooting. I like the way you’ve (been) missing, brother.”

With just 8 seconds left on the clock, Steph Curry ran the court and was getting double-teamed so he kicked it over to Jordan Poole.

Poole shot a long 3 which would have tied the game but he missed with 7.5 seconds left. Dennis Schroder got the defensive rebound and Golden State was forced to foul. Refs blew the whistle with 6.2 seconds left in the game and the rest was history, Lakers took a 1-0 lead.

Anthony Davis led all scorers on the court with 30 points. His teammate Lebron James had 22. The Warriors were balanced with Steph Curry scoring 27, Klay Thompson 25, and Jordan Poole adding 21 points.

But it wasn’t enough for the home team to take the first game of the series and Snoop Dogg saw it coming from a mile away.

Snoop Dogg’s ability to see the Lakers’ future didn’t go unnoticed on Twitter:

Game 2 will take place on Thursday at Golden State. The series is already being called an instant classic.
