Cameroonian striker Joel (just the one name, so you know he’s good) found the back of the net with a breakaway goal yesterday down in Brazil. Filled with joy, he decided to leap over some advertising boards, presumably in an effort to get closer to the fans.
Unfortunately, the spot he chose to make the jump couldn’t have been worse. Joel’s victorious vault turned into a near-death experience when he came down on a tunnel leading to the team’s locker rooms. And possibly Narnia. I think that’s how people usually get to Narnia.
Luckily for Joel, and the genius who decided to hide a secret portal in such close proximity to the pitch, major injury was averted.
