Remember when the Charlotte Hornets used to be called the Charlotte Bobcats? Well, Stephen Jackson recalls a story about a time a 47-year-old Michael Jordan cooked the team.
Apparently, Jordan was upset with everyone and went out of his way to embarrass the starting lineup.
During an appearance on the podcast Million $ Worth Of Game, former NBA star Stephen Jackson tells an incredibly savage story about Michael Jordan. And that’s what makes Michael Jordan the GOAT. Just absolute savagery. The now Hornets owner made sure to put that Bobcats team on blast. But hey, it sounds like it worked, as Stephen Jackson claims the team made the playoffs that year.
We’re sure plenty of players have their fair share of MJ stories. Similar to the Kobe Bryant stories that have come to fruition over the last couple of years. This just makes us want to interview everyone and ask for their best Michael Jordan story.
We’re sure to hear more along the way, but this one is just absolutely savage. Imagine being in your early 20s, entering the prime years of your NBA career just to get cooked by a 47-year-old Jordan.
